"There are so many options in this area but this hotel stood out for being extremely clean, well-maintained and so many nice extras, including many breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again. "

"My husband, sister, nephews (5 and 11) traveled with me to our Grandpas memorial in Eugene. That is a long drive from Seattle so we found this spot for the weekend. There was enough space for all of us. The bathroom was well stocked with clean towels and extra linens in the closet. On Saturday night after we got back the adults sat by the fire pit and shared stories. The back patio morning or night time was very quite which was very much needed. There is a coffee shop and tap house just minutes away. The kitchen had clean pans, plates and silverware for our breakfast. This is a lovely small spot for us over the weekend."
Spectacular Private Retreat on Five Acres, Huge Deck, Hot Tub w/ Views, Game Room, Close to Portland
10/10 Excellent
"The house was as advertised and hosted my group of 11 well over the weekend. The garage was a nice feature for games, lots of space to park, and there were plenty of places to sleep. The kitchen and outdoor space were very nice as was the hot tub, though the hot tub controls were confusing. You need to hold the water drop icon until it levels up exactly with the wavy line on the screen, I had to google it as there were no directions. Only minor suggestion was there were only 12 towels for 11 guests for showers and the hot tub, so bring an extra towel if you can. There was also only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper, so we were down to one roll for all the bathrooms by Sunday. Additionally the propane ran out for the last tiny bit when we were grilling, we made do and they responded quickly and asked if would want it replaced. We were basically done so we didn't bother. There was another propane tank for the gas fire pit, so if you run out you could just use that one. I also couldn't find any other extra trash bags, so we only had 2 trash bags for 11 people for the whole weekend, but we just threw our recycling directly in the bin outside and used small plastic bags for the rest.Overall we had a great stay. The house was clean, very nice, the kitchen had plenty of plates and utensils, and the outdoor space was beautiful. The hosts were responsive with questions I had before the stay and during the stay. I would stay here again!"
Wooded hideaway, a tranquil retreat in the heart of Beaverton with loft and WiFi
4/10 Poor
"Pros- Property was secluded but in a very convenient location near shopping and restaurants. It allowed for privacy but still close to everything. Property was well stocked with everything we needed. A great space for large family gatherings.Cons- Really dirty throughout with tons of dust and cobwebs, mouse droppings in laundry area, tons of clutter. House could definitely use some TLC. Most of the screens were broken and a majority of windows and doors were not operational. House was extremely warm as there is no AC and few fans to cool it off. Not being able to open most windows and sliders made it tough to get it cool. There is really only 1 1/2 baths and only one shower. Bathroom slider door did not close or lock. Bathrooms could use some good scrubbing. Lots of broken things throughout the house. Would not be a safe space for families with young children. Game table was broken and did not have accessories for play. It should be taken off the listing as it was not usable.Overall house did not seem as advertised and we probably would not rent again."
"Very nice home, it fit the description perfectly. Great location and plenty large milk for our entire family with spouses. Owner/manager was very responsive."
"Very nice updated home, perfect for our group of four. Easy access to Portland and surrounding area, fully stocked had everything we needed. Would recommend to all looking to stay in the Portland area."
