9.4/10 Exceptional! (962 reviews)
We just spent a week at the Stafford. We loved the location and the fact that it was on a dead end street so it was very quiet. The service was excellent, and the British gentlemen who are the concierges were totally helpful in setting up reservations. We had a great experience. Our only issue was that we could not really enjoy the American Bar because the smoke from the patio outside comes into the bar. Everything else was great. A very traditional British place.

I had to call maintenance to my room around 6-8 times during my 7 day stay. Maintenance was super helpful, they didn’t come right away, but ..."
