Nice place lots of shopping mearby

We were delighted to have a hot supper at the hotel for free. Everyone in our group found it very good. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. The hotel staff were fantastic.

Property was clean and comfortable. Room was nice. Limited dining that was in walkable distance, definitely need a vehicle. Good free breakfast lots of choice and a staff member kept the food area immaculate.

Good hotel, great location, friendly staff. We had a massive suite with king bed.

Amenities were amazing including pool and hot tub. The rooms were very clean and staff were friendly. Would stay here again.

Wow! We arrived at 530 pm not knowing that they provide an amazing daily light dinner included in your stay! The spacious lobby and adjoining dining area provides ample space for this meal plus the abundant hot breakfast they served in the morning. Breakfast was very good with several hot and cold choices. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our very spacious room was on the 5th floor and very quiet. Everything was spotless and well looked after. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs as well...

Great price, clean everywhere, good breakfast!

It has a great spacious layout. Essy to navigate. Lots of open spaces

Great stay. Clean rooms and main areas. Added bonus is the great food at breakfast and in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Inn & Suites in San Antonio. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. A special thank you to Melinda for a warm check-in experience, David for the friendly airport shuttle service, Mari for helping us extend our checkout with ease, and Berna for preparing an incredible complimentary breakfast each morning. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained,...

Breakfast was really fantastic- made to order omelette station. Lots of variety. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had 2 rooms- one had a sliding door between bedroom and bathroom that didn’t close properly. Although it was fixed the next day, it’s disappointing that the issue wasn’t brought to maintenance before our arrival by either previous guests and/or housekeeping. Overall a good stay

clean, staff, amenities

Great location, the happy hour drinks and snacks are wonderful. It would have been nice to have a restaurant/bar that was open for lunch and mid afternoon. Had a problem with getting our rooms cleaned in a timely manner, we left at 9 and at 4 they were still not cleaned. They said because the hotel was full and staffing. That is not my problem I expect it refreshed or cleaned everyday
