Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th $335
Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $250
Winter Rate September 16th – February 28th $250

All major holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.
October 2023 Solar Eclipse, some homes may be charged at peak rate. April 2024 Eclipse may be charged up to three times the peak rate.

Fire Fly is a “sister cabin” located near Stonehaven. This cabin has private river access. The cabin features high ceilings, kitchen island, open concept, and much more. This 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home is located off of River Road, has that small comfort home feeling.

The kitchen is supplied with basic kitchen items; dishes; glasses; silverware; cooking utensils; pots & pans; bakeware; and coffee mugs. Small appliances to include microwave; coffee pot; toaster; blender; & crock pot.

Outdoors you will be able to enjoy the firepit, there is a barbeque/smoker style pit available for you to have some great meals on the grill. For those who enjoy horseshoe, we do have the setup, readily available for you on the side of the house. Horseshoes are provided at the office, you are more than welcome to bring your own. The river is a short walk from the home.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 1 — sleeps 5 – 1 twin bunk: 1 twin/full bunk
Bedroom 2 — sleeps 2 – 1 queen
Bedroom 3 — sleeps 2 – 1 King

What to Bring
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases for 1 Queen, 1 Full, 5 Twin beds.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAPS: Hand soap, bathing soap, dish washing soap, dishwasher soap, clothes washing soap.
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.

Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware,
glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots &
pans.
We provide:

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper
