« We checked in for 3 night stay on 2/13/26. The place was very dirty to point that we decided to leave immediately for another place. Didn't even feel comfortable staying 1 night. Hair in the shower and around the toilet, stains on the couch and bed, moldy shower liner. There was just 1 sheet and 1 blanket on the bed, not even a sheet set or mattress pad. Contacted the owner right away who initially agreed to a 50% refund, then went silent. No refund received. Stay away from this place. »

« This property was the perfect fit for our week in Tacoma. The condo is very neat, tidy and comfortable. An absolutely amazing location that was minutes away from everything we set out to do, with plenty of dining options nearby. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had and was very attentive to anything we needed. We will cetainly keep this gem in our pocket for our next visit. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The reservation and check-in process was easy and smooth and it was quite easy to communicate with the owners, e.g., when we asked for a late checkout (thank you for honoring our request!). It was just right for our family of 4 and a perfect location for our day trips to Seattle and Olympic park. Very comfortable beds. Thank you for the perfect stay! »

« Extremely kind, patient, accommodating, attentive, and gracious host. Went above and beyond to ensure I had what was needed. Super cute rental. Beautifully furnished and clean. Great place to stay if you have difficulty with stairs or getting in and out of a standard bathtub. Kind and considerate neighbors. « Had a nice time. Met the owner and he explained parking process. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dishes etc. Providing an apron would have been nice. Being located above and beside a couple of downtown bars wasn’t too bad. The noise level calmed down after midnight. The revving of cars was loud. I embarrassed it as an experience. »
