The reservation and check-in process was easy and smooth and it was quite easy to communicate with the owners, e.g., when we asked for a late checkout (thank you for honoring our request!). « We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo. « ADORED every single thing about this property! From the stunning, snow-capped peak (mountain view) out the building front door to the perfect bed and ideal shower pressure…it was divine. For a downtown CITY stay, it was surprisingly quiet! The parking spot made the whole trip a breeze with no worries, as did the dishwasher and the private washer/dryer. Everything was spacious and SO CLEAN. Met a few friendly neighbors and (sadly, only once) the absolutely gorgeous cat Merlin, next door…looked...

« Had a nice time. Met the owner and he explained parking process. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dishes etc. Providing an apron would have been nice. Being located above and beside a couple of downtown bars wasn’t too bad. The noise level calmed down after midnight. The revving of cars was loud. I embarrassed it as an experience. »

« Everything was wonderful and we would stay there again. Parking was very tight though so if you have a large vehicle it might be a problem. Parking on the street is an option but we wanted our vehicle more secure. Very clean and comfy place overall. »
