Every morning, I enjoyed coffee in the Adirondack chairs with a view of the bay, the perfect start to my day.The actual location was better than expected and a great value compared to other options. This condo apartment has a lot going for it. It's very comfortable and easily accessed from a covered, reserved parking space. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The property was amazing! Ron was very responsive for anything we needed or questions we had. When we arrived the garbage can was broken, I texted, and two days later an Amazon box arrived. The neighborhood is great as well. The hills are no joke and not for the faint of heart. Other than the hills, the view is beautiful, its a just a short drive to Ruston waterfront and Point Defiance.
