Every morning, I enjoyed coffee in the Adirondack chairs with a view of the bay, the perfect start to my day.The actual location was better than expected and a great value compared to other options. Ron was very responsive for anything we needed or questions we had. When we arrived the garbage can was broken, I texted, and two days later an Amazon box arrived. The neighborhood is great as well. The hills are no joke and not for the faint of heart. Other than the hills, the view is beautiful, its a just a short drive to Ruston waterfront and Point Defiance. Location is perfect—quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of Tacoma areas. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony with its water view and sunsets.
