Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost. Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Pets - All pets need to have been registered before your stay. If there is an unregistered pet, you will be assessed a $500 fee and a penalty of $50 per day until it is remedied. If you make a mess beyond “normal” usage, we ask that you please tidy up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in extreme disarray.
