The hotel was very nice we had a suite. I would make sure you don't book around Red, White and Boom which was July 1st this year and I was unaware. Had closures around the river to walk to it. But I was a great trip

The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming- particularly the front desk associates. The woman who checked me in was so upbeat and welcoming- she should be promoted! The downside to this property is the overall condition, as it is in desperate need of an update. Our room had a big gash in the couch, the chairs were covered in stains, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, etc. this property doesn’t live up to the hotel name— skip this location and find another Hilton property when staying in Columbus.

It is hard to get to the hotel because of street restrictions. Once there, there are few signs that show how to get into the parking lot. The lobby staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. The rooms are old and dark and not well kept.

The room was very large the beds were very soft and clean the exterior windows were pretty dirty so you didn't get much of a view the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend taking the stairs over the elevators we seem to wait around an unusual amount of time waiting on elevators. The hotel has a nice bar / restaurant drinks were kind of pricey but the food seemed fair for the portion and the price. The location was great there was plenty of restaurants/bars all within walking distance also cosi was about a 5 minute walk. Overall I would rank this hotel 7 maybe 8

The property is located at the riverfront and in downtown. Easy walk to Arena District and North End as well as downtown shops, dining, theatre. Felt safe to walk around at night.
