Our room was lovely, clean and well appointed.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful!, breakfast was amazing, they cater for everyone.
The restaurant staff really friendly and accommodating, we had a birthday meal there which they made extra special too, and overall our stay was made better ( if that’s possible) due to the above. Grazie Mille.

The spa was wonderful though the jacuzzi could be hotter I think! The only complaint was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable (it was pretty hard) and the pillows were rather flat.

Staff at the Hotel Bologna were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was very nice. Room was fine, cleaned every day, some building work going on outside but not that noticeable with the window shut and we were out most of the day
