Great casino, rooms are always very clean. Hotel is set up kind of wierd. There are elevators but depending on where your room is, you might have to walk up a flight of stairs.

They have the best restaurant. Great food and service. Rooms were huge and nice. Shower was huge but a little awkward with no privacy. Would suggest putting a shower curtain up facing the entry door. Otherwise a great hotel.

I really like the luxury of the rooms at the Century. The beds are comfortable and my room was large. It is convenient to have the restaurant downstairs. The hamburgers are delicious!

They served me raw chicken. I gave it back to the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen where they admitted it was raw. She was fantastic, but most likely another bite would have laid me up for my vacation. Get your stuff together in the kitchen and you will be perfect. The hotel and casino were very good. Our only issue was carrying our luggage up stairs to our room. We know there is no other way to do this, but it is an issue for older folks. The check-in hostess did ask if we needed assistance but we declined. Our room was really nice, all the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was great. We would definitely stay there again.

The pillowtop mattress, combined with the hard pillows, left me with a sore neck. I did use the softest of the 5 provided pillows. Otherwise everything was great.

First stay here, and if ever through Cripple Creek again would likely stay again. We love facilities with character and the spacious room fit that bill. There is music noise from the casino below but this was not a bother. Excellent, professional staff from check in to the restaurant. We do not spend much time gambling, so can't comment on any perks there. The one complaint is with regard to bed pillows. Everyone in my party of 4 found the pillow selection to be be firm and too thick, so maybe an issue beyond personal preference.
