"Very clean, spacious room. Good location and close proximity to Kölner Dom. We appreciate the complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the morning. The staff are very nice too."

"The rooms are small and so are the beds. The pillows are uncomfortable and the shower is small. The maids came once to make our beds during a 5 night stay. The spa and sauna is nude so we did not use it. The breakfast was good but pricy. Staff was OK. They clearly do not care for Americans by their attitudes towards us. Will not return. "

"Top quality room and kind staff. Sadly at 29e the breakfast cost was much too high so I had to eat out for breakfast. Also make sure you ask for daily cleaning of rooms as I got an unpleasant surprise when I came back to my room after a long hard day at an exhibition. For some reason Dorint’s policy is to clean rooms every second day!!!! I have travelled all over the world and never come across this even in 3rd world countries. Also sad that you have to pay a large amount to use the indoor pool. But nice places to eat nearby, very nice and spacious room with tea making facilities and walking distance to the wonderful Cathedral and station."
