Das gebuchte Haus haben wir aber nie betreten können, da der Gastgeber es ganz offensichtlich an andere Personen, mit denen wir auch gesprochen haben (eine Familie aus Holland) vermietet hat. "The Hotel is beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful. Breakfast is worth getting for money. They offered a wonderful array of different items to try and eat. Includes champagne so you can do a wonderful mimosa for breakfast The Sky bar is worth checking out. The drinks are wonderful. The appetizers are worth trying and delicious. Love the entire experience and the view is breathtaking at sunset in the Sky lounge"

"This is a terrible place to stay if you're coming for vacation, the staff does not care. They are careless and aloof. They almost made us miss our flight because they messed up the shuttle for the airport and no apologies. No credit nothing charged us on top of that extra to get to the airport. They're supposed to pick us up from the airport. Never did they will not answer the phone there is no room service. They lie about room service and the front desk is unattended often and good luck having someone answer the phone. The worst service we've had in any of our international states this was the worst. The biggest problem was the staff they are terrible And careless"

"The hotel was brand new and recently built, clean room, comfortable bed. The breakfast was pretty good. The location was outside of the city center, but it was accessible by water-bus and quite easily to get around. The only complaint is they didn’t provide any coffee maker machines or tea and bottled water in the room. "
