"The waffle maker was broken it should have been a sign or not even brought out to the breakfast area but the main thing was I was given a second floor room then no sooner do I get there within 20 minutes the elevator breaks goes out of order I'm an elderly woman who uses a cane instead of hit and placement and it's very difficult to walk up and down stairs I don't know how long it was out of service no one informed me whether it fixed or not so I had to walk up and down the stairs"

"DON'T BE FOOLED by the 3.5 star rating, this place is a DUMP in every sense of the word. I'd give it 0 stars if it was possible to score below a 1. Here's the list I kept while there for 2 nights. Mattress completely shot, you drop straight to the box spring when you sit on it. Goes without saying...not comfortable and needs to be replaced immediately. Bathroom and kitchen sinks barely drain. Kitchen very small with zero silverware, utensils, glassware or dishes. Cabinetry is cheap. It's a suite right? Or so they say. Short refrigerator with dirt and dust on top in clear sight. Yuck! Dining area table and chairs of very low quality and cheap. Bathroom sink basin so small you can barely wash your hands and believe me, you don't want to touch the basin. Shower is all plastic and floor drain is filthy. I didn't want to use the shower because it was gross, but I forced myself. Bathroom mirror is old and damaged. Bathroom light fixture loose and crooked. Toilet seat loose, ain't touching that! Not sure where you get such thin towels but basically worthless. No washrags. No coffee in room or anywhere else. Paint job very low quality. This room at least should be stripped to studs and subfloor, doors removed and 100% redone. 100% unsatisfied. I'll never stay at a HomeTowne Suites or Red Roof property ever again. You think I'm exaggerating? Go ahead and try it out for yourself. Best of luck."

"Great room, 2 queen was clean and comfy. The morning breakfast veriety was excellent for what my family needed. Check in was crowded, I came at the busiest time, but the front desk lady was patient and diligent working through the groups in line in front of me, even while they tried to stupidly argue with her about various things about the property or about Yosemite."
