« El personal de recepción terrible dicen que no tengo reservado cuando ya se confirmó por la aplicacion y via telefónica, son groseras, dicen que no tienen habitaciones y al.final despues de discutir aceptan su error. "Notre séjour a très bien commencé car tout le personnel était très souriant, aimable, aidant . La fille au front desk nous a accueilli merveilleusement et même on a eu droit à un petit upgrade dans aucun frais supplémentaire.
