We stayed on the ground floor because those rooms are for people with pets but the rooms are a bit noise The rest was perfect!

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room overall was good. Shower fistures were in ok shape. Would have been nice if the $34/day resort fee and $50/day parking/valet fees were disclosed more clearly. Staff was ok. They seemed happy to see you come and go. Stuff between, not so happy. Valet was ok-ish. Car often took >20mins to have ready so request it early. Access to river walk good but, the one elevator in the building was slow. Very interesting building with lots of history. Neat spot if you want to experience some history. Overall, would recommend. Just know the extra fees which aren't clearly disclosed.

Did not have the $28 breakfast per person. Dinner service did not look like a good choice as no one sat in the dining area. The valet parking according the Expedia website was supposed to be $28 but at the hotel was $48. Bad location due to construction adjacent to the Indigo.

Comfortable. Staff were very good and responsive.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to most sites in the historic district and seldom had to use our car. Free, gated, onsite parking during the stay saved an additional $50/day. Well equipped kitchen, full sized refrigerator and ample seating appreciated.
