My stay at the Rui Plaza in Toronto was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming! The buffet breakfast is great and the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city!

It was clean but overall poor communication, it took us 3 times to call for them to answer when we got there, the beds were rock hard, I was told check in was at 3pm but when I got there I had to pay $50 because “check in was at 5pm” also wasn’t told we would be staying with somebody else until we got there

We didn't know that we need a credit card to check in. We don't have one. We drove from Woodstock we were about to leave untill the lady said she would wave the fee. So we stayed had a good time. Love the tub the best jets are amazing.
