The major problem we had during our stay was the EXCESSIVELY LOUD noise at night which interrupted our sleep every night. We can understand the police, ambulance and fire trucks, but the loud and obnoxious motorcyclists were unacceptable. The hotel should DEFINITELY invest in soundproof windows! Otherwise, our stay was fine. The staff was great and very helpful.

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. Our room had a lovely view of the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist. The hotel was updated and clean in every area we visited. Since it was a weekend, the breakfast area was very busy in the mornings, but the staff worked hard to keep the food well stocked. (Loved the sliced smoked sausages!) The hotel is very conveniently located-- we walked to Progressive Field for a baseball game on Friday night and walked to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame on Saturday. This was important because Cleveland does NOT have a lot of good parking. What we ended up doing was parking in the Rockwell Ave Parking Garage Friday evening when we arrived and leaving the car there until Saturday evening when we needed it. That cost us $28. When we came back to the hotel Saturday night, we left the car with the valet, and the valet retrieved it Sunday morning when we were ready to leave. My only (small) complaint about the hotel was the heating/cooling unit in the room. The unit itself worked great and kept the room at the temperature we wanted. However, it didn't have an option to leave the fan running continually, so the air conditioner would turn on and off completely. If you're a light sleeper or need 'white noise' while you sleep, be aware of this.And it won't stop me from highly recommending this clean, comfortable, conveniently-located hotel for a stay in Cleveland.

Friendly staff, clean room. Parking was valet only, which was backed up. There are parking garages around the property, but some were closed, so parking was a slight issue. Convenient for walking to sites.

We loved it was within walking distance to Progressive Field. We also loved that we got a corner room and could see Lake Erie from our window. Parking options were limited, but we used a garage and didn’t move the truck all night and cost us $25 the next day to get out. Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff were also a plus!
