Modern rooms, although the bathrooms are quite dated. My Tub was in rough shape. Clean, exceptionally friendly staff. Parking is awfully sparse when the hotel is busy.

We travel all the time and mostly by road trip because we hate flying. That night my husband wasn’t feeling amazing after the road so our goal was a big tub. Well this one advertised a jetted tub. So we booked a king room with jetted tub. Check in was fine and then they mentioned that the pool and hot tub were closed (which wasn’t communicated to Expedia and no where on the listing) and that they would be giving us free vouchers for breakfast in the morning because of it (Expedia had $24 a person extra for breakfast available so we were excited for that to be gifted). We got dinner and went to our room. Made great use of the tub since there wasn’t a pool my son was playing all night. Bedtime came and we all fell asleep. We were woken by a terrible sound coming out of the tub around 1030pm. I got up and felt every jet and the faucet and the switches and nothing made it stop. But after about 6 minutes it ended. But then 3 minutes later it happened again. I called the front desk and they could hear it in the background. They went and checked under around room and above it to see if it could be heard but there wasn’t a reason other then maybe our neighbour room was showering. They apologized and after about 10 minutes it ended. I showed the video to the lady at checkout, and she assured me I’d hear from the manager or herself and over a week later, nothing has been done.
