The staff is fantastic. The hotel itself however, is old. Damage on the walls and doors is visible. The elevators are quirky, the toilets temperamental and the walls thin. There is no soundproofing between rooms. The gym needs an overhaul. I did love the full service restaurant and lounge and there are many dining options in the area.

Overall, the staff was fine however we found the elevator is very slow and we had a problem with our toilet currently because if you’re on the fifth floor and there’s more people below you, it takes time for the tank to fill. And the girls sitting at the desk in the Spa area wasn’t too friendly. ...
