« Loved everything about our stay, from the very patient, kind and friendly staff, to the clean property, to the perfect location for our visit to Georgia Southern, just minutes up the road. Not one complaint about our visit at this location. The breakfast women were just a breath of fresh air first thing in the morning, and the food was actually REALLY good! Hubby said that numerous times and he doesn't do the continental breakfasts anywhere, ever. Different choices each morning but still with...

« This is a 0 star hotel, it's so terrible. Their rooms are very dirty, in fact, I got sick. I spend a night and the next day I was sick. The rooms are musty and very dirty. Another room is very, very dirty and dilapidated. Another room has bed bugs. I checked out the next morning, they said they will refund me my second night but until now they have not refund me still. It has been almost a month now. »

« Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. »

The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work..
