"My stay was amazing we enjoyed our 2 days break away and many thanks to Nayem for changing our room for a river view that was kind and thoughtful of him I will be returning sometime soon. Double tree by Hilton Excel is the place to be.only one thing I wish there was a sauna or swimming pool but never mind."

"We stayed overnight to attend a family party. The host was lovely. We left something behind, which she has promised to mail it back to us. "

"Tidy place. good amount of space. Beautiful view of the tames. Only a 5 min walk from the tames clipper boat taxi, that is about a 1 hr ride to the heart of downtown. 45 min by tube which was a 15 min walk away. It was maybe a bit far out from city center for us, but not really a big deal. Upside: location was beautiful and felt very quiet and safe. Felt like a newly renovated area of the city, very welcoming and charming. Host was very nice and a good communicator. Place was quiet and pleasant.Only downsides : Only bedding for 4 ppl, and the room was ok clean, but not spotless. Not a lot of stuff in the kitchen, but most of the basics were there.Would recommend."

"Being just under 5 ft found the bed too high just a little less height would be perfect "

"Large spacious homely rooms,just a few bits,showing how tired the building is with couple of squeaky door hinges leading to the bathroom and the separate cloakroom.It was brilliant to find an iron and an ironing board for self service,which was very handy.Overall a lovely homely stay!"
