The bed was extremely comfortable (would love to know mattress brand). We did not hear any noise from units around us. The host was very timely in responsiveness to any inquiries. View from the patio was amazing. Perfect location to walk to Great American Ballpark & other venues. Would definitely stay again. ##### Debi B. Our entire experience with the 513 Flat was top notch, from the communication and service before our arrival to the follow up upon leaving. The unit is immaculate, incredibly well-stocked, and very very clean. We had 5 adults and had plenty of room to sleep comfortably. The common areas inside and out are just as nice. We were only there for one night, but hope to return for a longer stay so we can enjoy all the amenities, include the pool, grilling area, and game room. The other bonus, is this is a safe and comfortable walking distance from Great American Ballpark. ##### Jennifer V. It’s like, I almost don’t want to review the place because I don’t want anyone else to find out about it.. but, this spot deserves the feedback!The owner was quick to get back to me with some of my questions and was really cool.The price was great. The place was extremely clean. The owner also has the place stocked with pretty much whatever you could need.I think it would be even more enjoyable when the pool is open. Just wasn’t quite the season yet, but it looks like a good time.Proximity to the ball park, restaurants/bars, a park.. just can’t be beat.Really enjoyed this stay and I’m sure we’ll stay again! ##### Adam V.
