This three-level, two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience and can accommodate up to five guests.
Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the living area includes a sofa bed with a proper mattress for an additional guest. The second-floor bedroom has access to a modern full bathroom, and the third-floor bedroom includes a private ensuite with a tiled shower, heated towel rails, and excellent storage. All bedrooms have block-out blinds for restful sleep. Bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer.
Sheets and towels are provided by Canterbury Linen Service, trusted by local five-star hotels. You can expect professionally laundered linen on superbly comfortable bedding.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and rice cooker. Essential supplies are provided, including oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, milk, and sweet treats. The open-plan ground floor connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas to a fenced deck with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon sun.
The laundry cupboard includes a washer, dryer, and laundry powder, along with a clothes airer and outdoor clothesline.
There is air conditioning downstairs and cooling fans in each room.

The Christchurch Bus Exchange is about a 15-minute walk away, and the Moovit app is recommended for planning public transport routes.
Free on-street parking is available outside the development and on surrounding streets, though guests should always check signage before parking. Uber, taxis, and Lime scooters are also readily available for convenient travel around the city.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. The host does not live on-site. Care Property Stay provides a contactless check-in process, and detailed instructions including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords are sent prior to arrival.
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for an additional cost of ten dollars per hour, up to a maximum of two hours, subject to availability.
Please note there is no allocated parking space for this property. Street parking is available on St Asaph Street, and the Line 80 bus stop is located across the road.
As the property is situated in the inner city, some urban noise such as traffic, restaurants, and pedestrian activity may be heard. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning
