"Was a good stay. Found a few things in the condo that needed to be fixed... nothing that interfered with our stay. They were fixed immediately. Keep in mind that this is a new development with construction going on so there's pros and cons. I knew it was under construction and that made it nice because we literally had the pool to ourselves during the week. Very good communication and very nice views. "Tom's place was nice. The rooftop is a neat feature for the expansive view and quiet. Of course it was a bit windy so we didn't spend a ton of time up there. The "pool" is about the size of a hottub for reference. We ended up not using it as the bay was in high tide and we spent a lot of time in the bay."

"The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks."
