"Stunning hotel ,pool and beach,food cold, no king prawns as advertised,staff not trained, tables not sanitised and wiped down, rooms not cleaned well if at all, not for British people only a handful in hotel and very rude other nationality’s, staff spoke very little English,an expensive mistake for a seasoned traveller, will not return"

Reception staff all very accommodating even managed to arrange a small cake for my daughters birthday. However, the drinks quality was very poor, and the bartenders lacked expertise in crafting cocktails, they didn’t even know how to serve Tequila or Wine. Most bars lacked the necessary ingredients and equipment for cocktails. Therefore, while the hotel is a paradise for food lovers, it may not be the best choice for those who appreciate quality drinks. *The staff were very nice, polite, and helpful....
