The check in process was very easy and quick. Staff were absolutely wonderful. The suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a great variety of items and were of good quality. The gym and laundry facility were a huge bonus since I was travelling cross country for 7 days. The pet policy was a bit confusing at first but the staff cleared it up quickly. I will definitely be looking for Staybridge Suites for my future travels.

super friendly staff, exceptional breakfast service where kitchen staff were working hard to refill always, good food well enjoyed, nice lobby lounge we booked a 2 bedroom suite for 5 nights visiting both Chicago and SF Great America, the in-suite kitchen had an extremely LOUD dishwasher and a stove that does not work, room furniture was a little worn down but comfortable, the hotel is going through renovations so hopefully the room issues will be fixed soon biggest problem we had was major parking problem with not enough spaces, every single night we ended up parking on the street maybe 8 minutes walk away with the lot always full

The hotel itself was very nice, very good buffet, clean spacious suites however the elevator was broken and I was not informed until after check in. I was in town for the weekend and it was a huge hassle to find another hotel. I was informed that the elevator would be out of service for another month. I was not pleased with the communication as the clerks should have informed the guest prior to arrival
