Staff was wonderful and helped with anything we requested. The room and hotel itself was very clean and nicely decorated with very nice toiletries that had a beautiful citrus scent. Super comfortable bed with clean soft white linens and the few from our 5th floor window was spectacular. Their complimentary continental breakfast was decent. Our only issue was that the usb port to plug in our charger cord did not work and the ones that did charged very very slowly. So bring a wall brick and plug directly into a wall outlet as the ones next to the bed are not in working order. Everything else was excellent though and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. Also the building is very safe and after a certain time in the evening you can only access by keycard which we liked. Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel is new and could be nice but the staff is dragging it down. The guy at the front desk had full blown arguements with both guests in front of me in line trying to check in. He did everything but call them liars over discrepancies in their reservations and the rooms they were actually getting. It was cold outside and he was smoking right outside the front entrance throughout the night and the lobby smelled of secondhand smoke. Our room was pretty nice but smelled of rotten milk. It was questionable as to whether the bedding had been washed prior to our stay. I think it was at least partially to blame for the smell. I was going to call and ask for a new blanket but the front desk guy made me feel like a burden at check in so I decided to freeze rather than call. The area was ok except for the cloud of smoke we walked through right at the door.

We got a reasonably priced beautiful corner room. The location is very convenient to the incredible restaurants near by. Special thanks to the great staff. Their hard work shows and is much appreciated.

The hotel charges $27 per day a "resort"fee. This is absolutely ridiculous since it doesn't even have a good lobby. Breakfast area is just two hotel rooms combined together and there is no space there to enjoy breakfast. We came 3 times and each time there was no room to sit. Breakfast is not good at all, plan on eating somewhere else. The staff is not even wearing formal clothes, way too casual. The whole place has a feel of Motel 6. The rooms are not bad. The location is great.
