Unfortunately, our entire team who was traveling for a conference had the same shared experience while staying at this hotel. There was mold in the showers, the room(s) reeked of tobacco smoke, and they couldn't get a hold of the front desk from their rooms because at first the phones weren't even connected to the wall. Once they contacted the front desk, they were only able to offer a smaller room with no closet/no hangers. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, one of our employees had someone knock on her door at 4am saying "Housekeeping." Highly unusual/suspect, and not safe. We will never book this hotel again. Seems like major hygiene/safety upgrades need to be addressed here. Also, not to mention these rooms were $400 a night!

Great location near the financial district and lots of historical buildings. Easy to walk to most sites of interest. Simple check in and out. Comfortable bed. Only thing I would have liked is a safe in the room.

The reception staff is very pleasant and ready to help you immediately upon arrival. If there is a free room, they will check you in immediately and will not keep you waiting. Everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a pity that there is no bottle of water in the rooms.
