"Clean room; pet-friendly"

"Staff was friendly upon check-in. Hallway and room had a musty smell. Room needs some TLC- stains on chair, hole in ceiling in the bathroom, and shower head dripped ALL night. "

"This seemed to be an older hotel. I accidentally selected a handicap accessible room and we were left in that as it didn't seem to be very busy. The bathroom definitely needs some work. It wasn't "dirty" but needs updated/refreshed. The accessiblilty equipment that was in there should be updated/replaced. The room otherwise was fine. The breakfast area was large and stocked well enough. The staff was efficient and nice. "

"The pool was the best thing about the entire stay. No complaints. The stairwell leading up to the 2nd floor had a horrible odor. Our sheets and comforters had stains on them. The sliding glass door to my room was broken, and I was worried with my kids in the room. Staff were helpful but not very friendly. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. "

"I called beforehand and I was told I could check in early. When I arrived they said we couldn't check in until 3pm regardless of what I was told. The hotel wasn't as clean as we thought. Breakfast had no bacon. "
