With generous seating, multiple gathering areas, and quiet nooks for relaxation, this home is designed for both connection and comfort. The main floor features an open-concept living room with a grand fireplace and stream-ready TV, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain—just bring the food! Step outside to enjoy the gas grill, fire pit (starter firewood provided, with more available for purchase), and multiple outdoor seating areas that offer both privacy and space to gather. The property manager lives nearby and is available by text for any assistance needed. Ample common space for family activities, games, quilting, scrapbooking, and more. We provide; , recreation room with plenty of games and activities, 2 TV's, soaker tub, heated pool, private country setting, walking trails, outdoor fire pit, full size basketball court, pickleball court, and volleyball court (all equipment is provided!) House Rules \- Quiet hours are between 11 PM - 7 AM. \- We require a list of names and ages of all guests 1 week prior to check-in \- Do not use any of our neighbors' property during your stay. Please be respectful of our neighbors. \- No parties or large events \- No smoking anywhere on the premise \- No pets allowed \- No additional or unregistered guests allowed. \- No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted including, but not limited to, underage drinking, illegal narcotics, strippers, kegs, deep fryers, fireworks, other flammable items, etc. \- Please keep the garage door closed at all times. \- Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. \- Please keep doors locked when you are not home \- Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent letting bugs inside \- Please respect check-in and check-out times, as well as the check-out process. \-Excessive cleaning (if required)is billed at $50/hr. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that the mattresses on the bunk beds are very uncomfortable and you can feel the springs in them. None of the adults wanted to sleep on them, so we had someone that ended up sleeping on a couch instead. The kids too ended up sleeping on the floor. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, well-appointed home. We took advantage of the hot tub, tennis court and the large firepit for roasting marshmallows as well as walking the mowed paths they have created on the property. When we had a small issue arise upon arrival, the property manager immediately responded and took care of it. We had several family members flying in/out of both Cleveland and Pittsburgh airports, so convenient for out of towners too! This property was exactly as pictured and felt even larger in person. So many different gathering areas both inside and out. The pool, tennis court, badminton, basketball hoop, swings, jungle gym, kiddie rides and bouncy house and slide provided a great variety for kids and adults. The house is tastefully furnished, bedding very comfortable, kitchen so well equipped, there was nothing we needed that wasnt provided. The property manager, JT was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond. The owner, Nathan was also great in responding to all communications. Paradise Manor is a spacious home allowing for quality time together in a variety of spaces, but also is big enough to allow for places to decompress! The bedrooms are spacious, the well equipped kitchen was a good size for making meals for our group of 20\. The grounds are massive and allow for playing and exploring. The pool is very large and there is a wonderful gazebo which allows for getting out of the sun. The addition of the fence around the pool was a nice surprise. We went out in to the community and enjoyed much of Geauga County. There was not time to do it all! This rental DID NOT disappoint! There was more than enough room for 13 family members to have their own bedroom (with bathroom), space to spread out, and a beautiful outdoor space (with walking trails) to enjoy. We were very fortunate to have beautiful weather, enabling us to lounge in the large heated pool and jacuzzi. Whenever we had a question, the house manager was only a phone call away to answer our questions (which included locating a forgotten pair of hiking shoes and sending them to us (at no charge!)) Everyone who stayed at the home thanked me profusely for renting this home. In fact we discussed renting the home again for a future family reunion (once my daughter and nieces begin having children). I highly recommend renting this home when searching for a large, accommodating space in the greater Cleveland area. ##### Elena S. There were two long tables so we could all eat together. A double oven, two refrigerators, and a pantry filled withevery pot, pan, utensil you might need. We had inquired about a crockpot and the manager brought over a new one still in the box. Our stay was near Christmas and we appreciated the lovely Christmas tree in the living room and the gift of chocolate. We enjoyed visiting together, playing games, the hot tub. The house is located in a very rural area. We had a wonderful weekend with our group - ranging in ages from 10 months old to 40 years. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Two giant dining tables for eating all together and activities for the kiddos. We played outside even thought it was a bit chilly, but there was lots of room to run around. Check in was easy and the Property Manager stopped by and helped us get the air hockey table running. Check out instructions were reasonable. The dining table was large enough for all of us. The family room was perfect for movie watching, plenty of seating. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by all of us. The property is huge and very private. We enjoyed the walking trails, basketball court and volleyball court. There were rabbits out in the yard everyday. The kids are absolutely in love with the pool (we paid the extra to have it heated and was totally worth it) and enjoyed the immensity of the grounds and all the things to do.
