"We paid extra to get the 9/11 water fall view but we ended up getting a room in the back with no view, the shower was dangerous since the water would get everywhere and you could slipped and fall, other than that the hotel was great"

"I was a little disappointed because our checking was at 3pm but when we got there, it was way after 3 and we had to wait until the room is ready and when we got in the room almost after 15 minutes, the floor was wet and slippery that I almost fell. The cabinets door over the sink and counter was broken. You could hear everything people were saying, so loud in the hallway and outside. The room floor was cold cement. It was only an overnight trip so there you have it."
