Located in Charnay-lès-Mâcon, Burgundy, Villa Le Perthuis offers a comfortable 120 sqm villa accommodating up to 8 guests. You will find 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a fully-equipped private kitchen. The villa features high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, heating with central heat pump system, private television, coffee machine with both filter and pod options, private washing machine, private fan, and dedicated workspace. Families with children will appreciate the private high chair, baby bed, and access to shared toys and books.  
  
Step outside to enjoy your private garden and private balcony with mountain views, perfect for relaxation. You can also access a shared covered terrace and shared uncovered terrace. The private grill provides an ideal spot for outdoor dining, while shared amenities include a playground and table tennis.  
  
The villa provides 4 shared on-site parking spaces, with additional street parking available. Please note that pets are not allowed, and events are not permitted on the property. Self check-in is available with a key box located on the first floor, and the access code will be sent 1 hour before your arrival.  
  
Please inform the hosts upon arrival and departure for alarm system management, and avoid touching the alarm installation to prevent accidental activation. Bed linens and towels are available for an extra fee.
