Perfect host, very attentive and nice guy/family who runs the hotel. Excellent air conditioning unit in the hot weather of these summer months, the only drawback is the lack of a ramp at the entrance of the hotel for those guests who are locomotion limited. Location very close to a lot of restaurants and transportation, including the Tianmen Mountain cable car. Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und nur einigermaßen Sauber. Die Dusche ist direkt über dem WC. Das Toilettenpapier und die Seife waren bei Ankunft nicht aufgefüllt. Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig zur Tianmen Cable Car und zum Bus-/Zugbahnhof Die Mitarbeiter können bei der Beschaffung von Eintrittskarten behilflich sein (hatte ich meinem Fall aber leider nicht geklappt) Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, sodass man andere Gäste als auch draußen viel hören kann und das Bett war sehr hart. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza dello staff. Le due persone alla reception sono meravigliose, sorridenti e super disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e a casa. This was disappointing but might not have been the hotel's fault. That said, the service at the hotel itself was bad. We had no hot water on our first night. There was also no room cleaning service while we were there. When we asked the front desk person for towels and shampoo bottles we were treated as though we had asked for the moon.
