Two single beds a bit creaky, not enough toilet roll 1for four nights. Parking spot very tight and not marked very clearly (someone took our parking spot when we returned late one night, hard to find another spot. Overall very happy with our stay

Overall stay ok but communication with the company was poor. I complained about a terrible smell in the bedroom which wasn’t acknowledged by them. The induction hob didn’t work, so cooking was limited during my stay. I asked for an extra towel which they said they would provide but it never came. I’ve communicated this all to them through WhatsApp but have had no response.

"Young lady on reception really helpful and pleasant she even showed us to the room and offered to carry our case. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she’s a real asset to the hotel. "We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable.One negative point: the bathroom extractor fan wasn't working and the shower wasn't handheld, but fixed to the wall, causing a lot of splashing."
