"beau chalet (terrain bien amenage), bel endroit, spa defaillant mais fonctionne correctement, quelques crochets dans le chalets necessitant detre remplace. la porte de la salle de bain ferme mal, plusieurs mouches fruits/terreau dans la douche.
mon plus gros bemol concerne lhote peu present et receptif au besoin (jaurais voulu aller teletravailler le vendredi apres midi car javais reserver du vendredi au lundi inclusivement. il faut dire que le chalet netait pas loue du mercredi au vendredi)...

Wow, what an amazing stay! I traveled alone in Charlevoix and stayed at this lovely place for 2 nights. I felt at home right from the start. David is a perfect host, very kind and funny, and prepares the most delicious breakfast in the morning (including home made bread to die for!).
Gîte TerreCiel is located within walking distance of the beach and of the main street where you have all the boutiques and arts shops.
My stay was a highlight for this vacation and I will definitely go back!

A very nice spot. We were delayed on our arrival and when we arrived the office was closed but we rang the bell and got the codes to our rooms. Rooms were clean and fresh. They were equipped with wall mounted split air conditioner and heat pumps which was a nice modern touch. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. The owners were friendly. We had a wedding at the hotel down the road and found the location of this hotel to be perfect. Close to the downtown shops and the local church.

A sweet father and son team (Richard and Matthew) will charm you with their gentle warmth and their total dedication to making you completely comfortable. They have a wonderful little resto and a small bar with a local flavour. Great family run inn. Good variety of food at the buffet breakfast. Room was clean, quiet and spacious(bathroom was tight). Stayed for 3 nights. Property is close to the ferry to the island. We were able to ride our bikes from the inn to the ferry.
Interesting museum down the street. Bakeshop within walking distance.
The inn was very central for all we wanted to discover in the area. Highly recommend this as a destination.

Stayed at the Carpe Diem while skiing Le Massif (15-20 min away). Catherine's breakfast crepes were amazing and Stéphane was a great host. Would definitely go back the next time we are in the area.

The whole building was renovated inside, there was an extremely pleasant smell of pure cleanliness found in five star hotels. The sheets were impeccably clean and crisp, they were of high quality, very clean beds, clean bathroom, and higher end toilet paper. Superb! The breakfast spread was perfect with local farm cheese and hams, fresh coffee and the local granola was amazing with local yoghurt.

Our two-nights stay started with an excellent welcome experience with the owner who gave us a tour of the property. The room itself was very clean and the place is quiet, with a view on the bay from the rooms and from the breakfast terrace

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night with our 10-month old baby. We reserved the suite and it was perfect since there was a closed room. Everything was great, including the restaurant. The food, presentation and service were all amazing. I would definitely go back and recommend staying at this hotel.
