Summary:
Modern Cottage in the heart of Charlevoix. Beaches, Bars, Restaurants and shopping needs are just footsteps away! Free parking and convenient location will ensure you are able to relax worry free while staying at this beautiful condo. This unit has adequate space for a large group or family and offer privacy at the same time with its multi-level design! (no elevator available)

The Space:
This cottage features a master bedroom & full bathroom on the first floor along with a full living room, kitchen, washer & dryer and fireplace. The upstairs has two guest bedrooms, a small kitchen, full bathroom, washer & dryer and eating area(also great for games). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a tv. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a bunk bed and a day bed with a tv. Enjoy a private beach area just a short walk from the condo- please see condo photos of map!

Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo.. We look forward to hosting you :)

Other Things to Note:
-Parking: There is parking designated for the condo directly to the left of the unit. There is a sign on the corner of the condo indicating parking for Riverwalk 105. Two vehicles can fit one in front of the other. Other vehicles are not allowed. If you need additional parking for a boat you can use Ferry Beach at a daily rate.
-We are fully staffed for your needs Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and have an on call person on evenings and weekends for emergent situations.

Simply aim your smart phone camera at the QR code and explore our menu of FAQ and procedures needed for you check in and check out! We had a short stay in Charlevoix but a very enjoyable one. Parked the car and we were able to walk everywhere. Enjoyed walks along the channel and the beach. The Mushroom House tour was awesome. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Would definitely recommend.

Great place, title not quite accurate
The property was great. We had everything we needed, it was located right next to downtown, within walking distance of anything you need. I was expecting a single home not a condo based on the title, but it wasn't an issue. The building contains what appears to be separate rental units, with locked doors if you rent more of the unit. similar to adjoining rooms in a hotel. Everything was well kept, very clean, and we had no issues.

What a great location right in the heart of downtown and the condo was nice, beds comfy. Not a lot of storage in kitchen for groceries/supplies and gave only three stars for cleanliness as dishes/silverware were dirty when we went to use and there were no dishwasher pods. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Charlevoix is lovely.

Right in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Walk to everything, just steps from your door. This property is beautiful. Kids/teens have own private upstairs area. I cannot recommend enough.

The reason why I gave the review a four star is because the living room was pretty uncomfortable. There were only two of us and the pullout couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and there weren’t any other options. Otherwise a great experience… beds were super comfortable which was great! The beach within walking distance from our stay was loaded with rocks & fossils. Other beaches a short distance away were also plentiful but offered slightly different finds, which was perfect. The downtown area has a variety of shops from chocolates to books. We took advantage of the rentals full kitchen to save money, I noticed many very nice restaurants in town. We all had a wonderful time and plan on returning next year.
