« We were placed in a handicap room and there were lots of handicap acceories in the room and closet that were in the way. The bed was not made when we arrived. The toilet clogged. Told housekeeping about it and they did not unclog it. I had to ask for a plunger and do it myself. »

"mixed by a person at reception who pulls a face and makes no effort! However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings...."
