"The property wasn’t at the level we expected of the Mandarin Oriental, however the location was good and walkable to Bay Bay restaurants and shopping."

"Stayed in a backstage trailer and will be back. Awesome vibe to the Verb. If you are a music fan, this is the place to go. Kenmore area is great for sports, bars, restaurants and live music. Highly recommend "
"We stayed for 2 nights. We walked to Fenway the first night. For the second day, we took a trip through the public garden and Boston Common. The hotel has good public transit access and is a reasonable distance to downtown. Even mid-range properties in Boston can go for a high price. This hotel is an old property that has been renovated. The room is spacious, but spartan. The bathroom was clean and functional. The hotel was well maintained. But it was very reasonable in terms of amenities and cost for this area. We would stay there again work or leisure."
"I loved the spacious rooms, very comfortable. Loved the location and ease of getting around, with the T stop in front of the hotel.Just as a for warning th toilets in the room a VERY low. If you are coming off knee surgery ( like me) ask for a more accessable room when booking. I will definitely be staying here again."
"This was a fun hotel, right around the corner from Fenway. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel just had a fun, good energy without being rowdy or loud."
"Had a bit of trouble with getting the shower to turn warm, lobby sent a customer service person to show me how to turn it hot. Otherwise a very nice stay, great location and clean room. "
