Amazing on all levels! Location is perfect for home base to explore the city and area and everything you want to see is within walking distance. Stylish and very comfortable rooms. Staff are so friendly and helpful with anything you need. We stayed for a couple of nights and then went to Ha Long Bay Area and when we came back we had our same room which was so great! Spotless property and good breakfast especially the items you ask for like the eggs and soup. Definitely have the hotel arrange transportation for you regardless of where you are arriving from or going to for a seamless and worry free experience as the international arrivals terminal is nuts!!
We can’t recommend this hotel any higher! It was a highlight of our trip! Thank you for everything.

"スタッフは英語を使わないためコミュニケーションにGoogle翻訳が必須ですが、宿泊者の希望に応えようという姿勢が常にどのスタッフからも感じられました。部屋は様々なタイプがありますが、今回宿泊して部屋はドアを開けると直ぐにバスタブがあり、シャワーは全然違う場所に あるという不思議な構造で使いにくいと感じました。洗面台のライトも最新のタッチセンサー式でしたが壊れていて点灯しませんでした。プール、露天風呂は清潔でリゾートホテルとして魅力的だと感じました。クレジットカードを利用できないので注意が必要です。"
