The hotel is in an excellent location; however, it is disappointing to see a noticeable reduction in the amenities that were traditionally provided by hotels across the Far East. Basic items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs, which were previously standard in guest rooms, are no longer supplied.
My main criticism, however, concerns the checkout process. Guests are required to wait while a member of staff inspects their room before they are permitted to leave. This creates an uncomfortable impression, making guests feel as though they are being treated with suspicion rather than valued customers. It is not a positive way to conclude an otherwise pleasant stay and is something the hotel should reconsider.

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. My only criticism is the pre check in communication. Please don’t ask if I have any special requests and then not act on them. For my two night stay, due to mobility issues I requested a walk in shower rather than a bath. My request was completely ignored. Hopefully my next experience will be better.
