"The room upon check-in was still dirty. The fridge had old food in it from a previous guest and the desk has visible filth not wiped up. The bathroom still had facial hair shavings around the sink so overall made me question the cleanliness of the room. Upon complaint the staff acted quickly and came to remove the old fridge food and wipe down the table. I didn’t realize this hotel was so close to many hospitals so had constant sirens which made it difficult to sleep throughout the night. My kids loved the pool and games room! They ask you to sign into the one kids room which asks way too much personal information considering you need a key card to enter and I was not comfortable providing this information."

"This is a very nice hotel. My room was clean, quiet, well-appointed, and a good size. The staff were wonderful; I felt safe, and I enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the bed - it was like a foam bed from a box, not very stable or comfortable, and as someone with a disability, it was difficult to sit up on the bed to read because the mattress was too unstable. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay."

"Great shuttle service from the airport, check in was a breeze, they gave us two water while we waited for someone to do a room inspection. Our room was lovely and clean nice and updated. Breakfast was well worth the 11 dollars many many options. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!"
