"Rooms are comfortable and generally clean, food and drinks are good, but the property is VERY old and outdated. Staff is very inconsistent, ranging from welcoming to just out right rude! Bar Palma has a wonderful and friendly bartender, but the breakfast receptionist (can't call her a host:/), at the resteraunt seemed irritated each morning of our stay, she was rude, rolled her eyes at us and made us feel very uncomfortable to eat breakfast during our stay of 5 days!! "

"Airport shuttle comes every half hour, and the staff from the airport was very helpful in directing people where to go. Nice big clean room. The only thing I was super disappointed in was the pool. The pool is the smallest pool I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Good thing we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, Double Tree, which was much nicer. All in all, it was a good experience "
