No breakfast is provided, and each floor only has two rooms with no amenities available. During our stay, there was construction next door from 7 AM to 5 PM, which was extremely noisy. It made it difficult to sleep or even stay in the hotel during the day. The hotel is located on a one-way street, which makes booking taxis inconvenient. On the positive side, it’s within walking distance to a nearby park, which is nice for morning exercise, and it’s also close to the airport.

It was a great place to stay, I wouldn't pay the extra for the welcome drink/breakfast. When we checked in there was no welcome drink. They had emailed me about check in and I emailed them back asking about the welcome drink and got no response. Just don't pay the extra, other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!

Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout the entire visit. I like Kin hotel firstly due to its location. The street is near the center of D1 & clean. When I arrive, the room is excelent and Felix is really helpful. Strongly recommend.

One night stay on a long layover. Room was clean and perfect for our needs. Close to the airport, we used grab to tour the cbd market area.
