Cenotillo Vacation Packages

We really enjoyed staying here! It's in a great location of the town & just steps from the beach. We stayed 5 nights & absolutely could have stayed longer it was very comfortable & quiet. A few notes to answer any questions people may had (bc I had them too): There is WiFi on the property, it can be spotty depending on weather. There is a coffee machine in the communal kitchen area & coffee mugs in the room, but they do not supply coffee so bring your own! There is a water station for clean & safe drinking water, glasses are provided. There is no designated parking lot, but tons of parking on the street / along the side of the building. There is a smart TV in the tent (again can be a bit weather dependant) They supply 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, & 2 beach towels. They do not service the rooms while you are there, but they are just a WhatsApp message away should you require anything as well ull see the odd staff member around when they are changing over the other tents. The bed is quite comfy, but if you like a good pillow I recommend travelling w your own, I was happy I brought mine as I like many pillows! The kitchen also supplies knives and a cutting board, but no plates or cutlery. There is a picnic table & 2 beach chairs out front of the property toward the beach you can use. the shower is decent, no long luxurious showers tho as the hot water will run low. They message on WhatsApp prior to checkin. Overall we loved our stay & plan to return. @iamhkmxo

Incredible service with friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and homelike environment. When leaving on early tours, staff made sure we had a boxed breakfast, coffee and a backpack with towels and hats for a day on the beach or Cenotes. Had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon.

A delightful place to stay. Lovely meals from the restaurant. Beautiful buildings, decor, and pool area. The only disappointments being no coffee making facilities or fridge in the room. Merida is hot! A fridge to keep water and other drinks cold would be most welcome.

Hotel Cigno is not just a beautiful place—it is an experience. A space where hospitality feels genuine, where every gesture reflects dedication, and where you can truly disconnect and enjoy. We felt genuinely pampered—like being at home, but even better. We leave deeply grateful… and already looking forward to returning very soon.
