« The AC is very loud, only works at freezing cold, making it difficult to sleep. Not as nice as the website makes it look. The staff was nice and helpful. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« I liked that the property was neat and clean. The hotel staff was nice and kind. I didn't like that fact that when we arrived there a baseball team of kids making a lot of noise in the lobby area during quiet time hours. I could also hear them running down the hallway near my room. I also didn't like that my room was right by the elevator. Other than that every else was good. »

« The stoll was very short like RV short and I'm 5" and it was too short for me let alone my elder in-laws that 1 walks with a walker/wheelchair and had to use my husband and father in-law to help her get up. The other who doesn't walk well used a walker to lift himself up. The refrigerator had mold in it and then we had 8 stairs to get 2 elders up and down neither walk well or walk without assistance so between the stool and the stairs we were more exhausted than had any fun. « We had 3 adults and 1 child. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit. We were right by a playground and pool (that pool wasnt open yet but there were other options). Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, as well as additional bedding to make up the pull out couch. It was clean and comfortable. Certainly enjoyed being away from the bustle of town. Would recomment and stay again. »
