« The beach view was fantastic. The kids had so much fun playing in the pool. We had a great time with family. I know this is out of your control but we did have sargassum along the beach front however, the landscaping crew was quick to remove as much as possible. We appreciated that. The house was very spacious and comfortable and clean. Plenty of clean bathrooms was very nice for our family. We enjoyed biking to Rum Point and playing ping pong. Thank you for a great stay. »

« My family of four had a wonderful spring break at Kai Baby. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The canal setting was peaceful with a dock for fishing. The pool was much enjoyed each day. Bikes and kayaks were fantastic amenities. We biked every day and were thankful bikes were available when our rental vehicle wouldn’t start. Taking the kayaks out to see Bioluminescent Bay was definitely a highlight of our trip. The owners provided excellent communication and were very helpful...

« We had a wonderful stay! There was a total of 7 people in our group ranging from 70 to 8 years old. The house accommodated everyone very nicely and had anything you could think of from kitchen utensils to activities for outside. Communication was great and we had a very easy checkin and checkout. « The water views are beautiful. We stayed six nights. Almost every day was started with a breakfast on the screened in porch. Karen was very responsive to all my questions. The activity and restaurant suggestions all proved to be very helpful. Roy was so quick to respond to a couple of repairs that it didn't impact our stay...much appreciated!
