"The apartment was just as shown on photos, clean, spacious and great view of canal. Pool was amazing, kids enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately the washer broke after the 1st use. Lisa at the main office tried her best to find us a new one but still issues with it before we left."

"Pick up at the airport was excellent. The room was minimalist in design. There was no in room phone which I find astonishing and in the case of any emergency was a very serious omission. Surprisingly , there was no information in the room about services or how to contact the staff. We were unaware whether there was an office that you could visit to ask questions about room cleaning ,or change of bedding and towels etc. Advised by email before check out of what time to leave and to just leave the room key in the unlocked apartment when we left. Local shop and restaurant were very good. Parking was no problem and the room was quiet. "

"This is a good place to stay if you are on a budget and want to be within walking distance of the beach, good restaurants and good bars. The pool is small and fairly shallow, but a convenient place to relax and be lazy. The little café has very good coffee (especially for Cayman) and the rooms are spacious. "

"We love this hotel. However, the first building we stayed in had water pressure problems. One evening, all water faucets had no water. And the second night the kitchen and bath faucet had water while the shower water dried up while in it. Management offered both times to change rooms. We took them up on the offer the second night and we’re pleased as the other building had no problems with water pressure. This was the second year in a row staying at the hotel and we will stay there again as long as the water pressure problems are resolved."
