« We had a blast! The cabin was awesome, clean and met all our needs. My husband and I had the king room and the bed was very comfortable. We loved being able to pet and feed snacks to the animals. Boots, the cat, was the star of the show though. He checked on us every night while we sat around the fire. What a sweet cat! And the free firewood was an added bonus!The host was super friendly and answered all our questions quickly. We highly recommend this place and would come again. »

Laundry on site was very helpful to clean our clothes after hiking, cave tours and kayaking. You have privacy yet you are located close to everything (fast food/Walmart, etc. 15 minutes away). »

« The house is adorable and just what we were looking for to get away for the weekend with grandparents before school starts. The house is so cute with an amazing outdoor space to enjoy the country. « This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit out back, and several nights in the hot tub. Wi-Fi access was great , and the kids had access to Netflix after a day on the water, or after Mammoth Cave. We did have to relocate the coffee, pot as the two outlets near the stove would not work.The helpful tips in the guidebook, plus Sandra’s messages gave lots of information about the area. "I enjoyed my stay in the National park. The historical cabins are conveniently located. Closed to the restaurants and trails. Cave tours are amazing. However the cabins are getting old and there was a persistent muggy smell inside. The AC was too loud. Even with my earplugs, I had hard time to fall asleep. "
