« Our stay at the Honeycomb Hideout was extrememly clean, convenient, and met all of our needs for our stay in Cave City. The house was close to Mammoth Cave National Park, as well as Dinosaur World and other cave tours in the area. Check in was smooth and the hosts were accomodating to our needs with our children. We appreciated having the washer and dryer. Would stay here again for our next trip to the caves! »

« Excellent location. Just minutes from Mammoth National Park. We were able to go back and forth to take breaks easily. Super clean and has everything you need to make meals. Laundry on site was very helpful to clean our clothes after hiking, cave tours and kayaking. You have privacy yet you are located close to everything (fast food/Walmart, etc. 15 minutes away). »

« The communication is excellent. All questions answered quickly and kind. I even received an update to a previous question concerning flooding in the area. This house is high and dry but was updated on the surrounding area. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We found everything just as promised and even better. « Daughter & I stayed 4 nights as a base to visit Nolin Lake & Mammoth Cave NP away from the tourist crowds. MCNP is 45 minutes away on scenic, rural roads. Best thing about this rental: access to the neighborhood boat ramp with adjacent swimming area, a 5 minute walk away or you can drive & park there. The bottom is sandy/rocky, not muck. This saved our visit to the area, booked before I learned that the public beaches on Nolin Lake & most of NLSP are closed due to spring flooding, expected to be...

« My husband and I stayed a couple nights at this cozy rustic cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much. The air conditioning was superb. The cottage had a cabin feel outside and a home feel with all amenities inside. The ambiance and decorations were delightful. Full kitchen and able to cook meals for breakfast and dinner. Approximately 20 minute drive away from Mammoth Cave National Park. Host was available onsite but we had privacy. »

« My family and I had an amazing time at this gorgeous house! Everyone was happy with their accommodations. The house was super clean and very comfortable! We had a group of 12 and a baby and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was great and the decks made for a great place for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! »

« The place was nice for what I needed. Overall a good place. Had the essentials and was clean.One thing I do want to note is it was quite stuffy. I tried to open the windows but there were no screens (and lots of bugs/spiderwebs on the windows). The filter on the AC unit needed to be changed, and it smelled a little moldy. The shower also leaked quite badly when I used it. Overall good, but maybe a couple small things to address. »

"I enjoyed my stay in the National park. The historical cabins are conveniently located. Closed to the restaurants and trails. Cave tours are amazing. However the cabins are getting old and there was a persistent muggy smell inside. The AC was too loud. Even with my earplugs, I had hard time to fall asleep. "
